Aufgaben

Als Berater für Business Intelligence arbeiten Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von BI-Lösungen in den Bereichen Unternehmenssteuerung, Controlling und Vertrieb.

  • Sie analysieren Geschäftsprozesse, die durch die BI-Lösung unterstützt werden sollen.
  • Sie ermitteln den Informationsbedarf der Anwender und entwickeln BI-Lösungen im Abgleich mit den verfügbaren Datenquellen bezüglich Vollständigkeit und Qualität.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Definition des fachlichen Datenmodells und der Geschäftsregeln für Informationsobjekte.
  • Sie analysieren und definieren fachliche Datenschnittstellen, Transformations- und Validierungsregeln für die Datenversorgung und -bewirtschaftung sowie Berichts- und Analyseanforderungen aus fachlicher Sicht.
Qualifikation

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigen Sie:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektro- und Informationstechnik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik.
  • Praxiserfahrungen im BI-Umfeld und/oder mit BI-Standardwerkzeugen wie SAP-BI, Cognos, Microstrategy oder Tableau.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenmodellierung, Datenbanken (z.B. ORACLE, DB2, MS SQL Server, SAP BW) und Datenbewirtschaftung (z.B. Informatica, SAP Dataservices, Microsoft SSIS).
  • Freude an der Analyse und gutes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu verstehen und verständlich zu kommunizieren.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Kommunikationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Bereitschaft zur Mobilität und Spaß an kreativer Arbeit im Team.
