About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Adoption Technical Lead to join our team at MobiLab Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to our project teams, ensuring that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to our project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Coordinate tasks and distribute work efficiently, fostering a productive team environment and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve delivery quality.
  • Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks, and contribute to more accurate planning.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams of engineers.
  • Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarise complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Great attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality and detailed work.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and summarise project progress.
  • Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
  • Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment.
