We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team at Insider. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing expert guidance and support in the implementation of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our solutions and their applications in various industries to effectively articulate their value proposition to clients.
- Engage with clients as a trusted advisor and solution expert during the pre-sales process, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies that align with client requirements and desires, and work closely with the sales team to ensure successful implementation.
- Craft personalized demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions to both business and technical audiences.
- Take the lead in coordinating internal responses to technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain awareness of product roadmaps and new features, sharing market insights with the Product Management Team to inform product development.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients by handing them over to the Customer Success Team.
- Support the sales team in creating personalized decks and use cases as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer) or other roles that require a strong mix of technical and client-facing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing solutions, and articulating business value.
- A successful track record of selling SaaS applications into complex enterprise environments.
- Technical understanding of SaaS solutions, architecture, and modern business applications, including development frameworks and integrations.
- Ability to coordinate various parties with different backgrounds to solve business and technical problems.
- Self-starter, good at multitasking, and committed to upholding the highest level of standards in the sales process.
