We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Operations and Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team with quote preparation, managing orders in our ERP system, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals for customers.
• Enter customer orders into our ERP system and manage order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Prepare and send documents to customers as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to relevant teams as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Relevant education or training in a field such as procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
