About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Dynamics Engineer to join our team in structural mechanics & dynamics. The successful candidate will be responsible for running finite element analysis, assessing the lifetime of structures based on simulation results, and collaborating with the testing department and external partners to validate and calibrate simulation methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lifetime assessment of structures under static, thermal, and dynamic loadings
- Running FE analysis in the field of structural mechanics and documenting results
- Development and improvement of simulation processes and methods
- Presentation of results to internal and external customers
Requirements:
- PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong understanding of mechanics, dynamics, and fatigue of structures
- Proficiency in using FE software, e.g., Abaqus, Nastran, HyperWorks
- Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to work
- At least 5 years of work experience or a PhD thesis in structural mechanics
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
Compensation:
