Tax Lawyer

Arendt & Medernach, the leading independent business law firm in Luxembourg, is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its tax team. With over 800 professionals and a strong international presence, our firm offers a unique opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert tax advice and guidance to domestic and international clients on all tax-related matters.
• Develop and implement tax-efficient structures for corporate and finance transactions.
• Collaborate with junior lawyers to provide training and guidance on tax-related issues.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients to discuss their projects and provide tailored solutions.
• Draft opinions and documents under the supervision of the partner in charge.

Requirements:

• University degree in law, preferably with a post-graduate degree in tax law.
• At least 5 years of experience in domestic and international taxation in a law or audit firm in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, or German and English with a good command of French.
• Proven listening skills and analytical rigor to gain the trust of internal and external actors.
• Motivated, dynamic, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent analytical writing skills and a service-oriented approach.
