Job Overview

DB InfraGO AG is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team in Hagenow. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs for operational staff in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for operational staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide hands-on training for train traffic controllers and switch operators, offering support during their training
• Develop training materials and presentations, incorporating the latest pedagogical insights and industry best practices
• Offer coaching sessions for exam preparations, operational changes, and specific further training for the staff
• Contribute to the development of training concepts and provide on-site support for operational staff
• Occasionally work as a train traffic controller, ensuring seamless operations

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in a railroad-related field, such as rail operations or transportation management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational services and knowledge of at least 3 signaling techniques, including track safety and rail traffic management
• Willingness to acquire necessary qualifications and certifications, such as rail safety certifications
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and flexibly, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage learners, with a focus on clear and concise instruction
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Valid B driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for on-site training
