KPIT is seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for understanding and explaining our Virtual Engineering and DevOps solutions offerings to customers, creating customer interest, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and interpret customer requirements/RFQ and map the same to KPIT offerings/competencies.
- Identify customer problem areas/ opportunities, market challenges, and create new business opportunities by providing technical consulting & solutions.
- Provide feedback to improve KPIT's offerings based on customer needs/ market challenges, technological trends, etc.
- Contribute to defining technology roadmap/investment proposals to meet customer and market needs.
- Drive the RFQs and RFPs.
- Collaborate/Participate with offshore SME's and leaders in estimation, high-level project planning, and developing attractive and winning customer propositions.
- Help WIN/start/stabilize/execute projects offshore by knowledge transfer, customer coordination, offering confidence to customer, etc.
- Proven experience in Automotive Software Industry in a customer-facing role.
- Expertise with HIL/SIL, Co-Simulation, Virtual ECUs, Embedded System.
- Experience with dSPACE Scalexio, VEOS, Vector Canoe, VVT, Synopsys SILVER, VDKs.
- Experience on Modelling & Simulation of automotive systems in the previous assignments.
- Exposure to AUTOSAR, SOA, Software Defined Vehicles.
- Strong connect and network in German / European Automotive ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German & English (C1).
- Experience with DevOps and Cloud technologies is an added advantage.
