Your Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage digital transformation and change processes across functions for the sustainable and successful development of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate the management team to create a vision and targets for digital transformation, analyze business processes, and derive digital optimization potential in close cooperation with experts in growth lines.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital roadmap based on thorough analysis of the current state and engage with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
- Build up internal and cross-company networks and facilitate collaboration with our Digital Transformation team to realize digital opportunities available in the Digital Transformation Program portfolio.
- Encourage innovative and digital ideation with agile working frameworks.
- Support digital competency development, including training employees on new tools and methods.
- Take over Business Support-related tasks as needed.
Your Profile
- University degree with excellent grading in the relevant field.
- Professional experience of minimum 3-5 years in a relevant business area.
- Project management experience, including coordination and completion of projects (PMP certification, Scrum, Lean is a plus).
- Good understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their fields of application.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire people for change.
- High level of commitment and team spirit with a 'can-do' mentality.
- Appreciation for working in an international environment.
- Professional command of English and German (desirable).
- Willingness to have lots of fun.
- Willingness to travel if needed.
