Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Convenience Food Production Specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality convenience food products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce convenience food items such as salads, dressings, and other prepared foods according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure the availability of products on the sales floor and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell our convenience food products.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Participate in quality control measures to ensure products meet our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
