About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle and Asset Auditor to join our dynamic Field Services Group (FSG) team in the West of Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting inventory inspections at various dealerships and companies, ensuring accurate reconciliation of business records, and providing valuable insights into portfolio trends and collateral status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits of floor plan inventory at dealerships and companies
  • Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile with business records
  • Review approval requests and ensure timely completion of operating and action measures
  • Inspect physical existence of collateral and verify borrowers' records
  • Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries and disputes
  • Exercise judgment in determining the cause of discrepancies and disposing of variances
  • Assess condition of collateral and report promptly to confirm collateralized position
Requirements
  • Experience in Collateral Examination or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Ability to speak English and German
  • Must be based in the West of Germany (Dusseldorf, Dortmund, or close to the Dutch border)
