About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Koch/Sous Chef to join our team at Lehn Hotel-und Gastronomie; Romantik Alpenhotel Waxenstein. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes
• Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Koch/Sous Chef in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
