We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Trainee (m/w/d) to join our team at DACHSER Logistikzentrum Karlsruhe GmbH & Co. KG. As a Logistics Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation coordination.

• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics plans and processes
• Conduct inventory audits and implement inventory management strategies
• Prepare and process shipping documents and customs forms
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other logistics software
