About the RoleThe Mechatronics Engineer Trainee will join our team at Tesla Automation to undergo a 3.5-year training program with a highly experienced and qualified training team. This program offers a unique blend of theoretical and practical knowledge, with a focus on international collaboration and project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities- Design, assemble, and test complex mechatronic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
- Develop and implement process control systems, quality control procedures, and functional tests.
- Manufacture precision parts using various machining techniques, such as turning, milling, or drilling, according to design specifications.
- Program and commission control systems, as well as measure and test electrical devices and assemblies.
- High school diploma or equivalent with excellent grades in physics, mathematics, and English.
- Technical and physical interest, with a basic understanding of the subject matter.
- Enjoy solving technical problems and have a basic understanding of electronics.
- Manual dexterity and spatial awareness.
- Structured and independent approach, combined with adaptability, perseverance, and teamwork skills.
