Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Process Specialist at Linde, you will play a key role in driving business process improvement and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map business processes to identify improvement opportunities and gather business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into requirement specifications that can be understood by development teams.
  • Prioritize, plan, and track regional business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation through process optimization and technology adoption.
  • Consult with Regional Business and Heads of Department to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain successful engagement between IT and Regional Business Units to ensure continuous optimization of business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on Global IT standard platforms and solutions.
  • Measure and track effectiveness and adoption of process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to and implementation of security standards across Regional Applications.
Requirements
  • BSC degree in an appropriate functional area.
  • Experience with problem-solving tools (lean, LSS, agile).
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Relevant certifications: Six Sigma, Scrum Master.
  • Experience in Quality and Requirements Management in business applications.
  • Minimum 3 years direct business experience or multiple years consulting in business or productivity roles.
  • Proven track record of extensive knowledge of business processes and application functionality.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills in English (other REE languages a benefit).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Ability to operate in a Regional and Global environment, and influence key stakeholders for support and guidance.
