Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including metrics and key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Agile project management, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Experience with project management tools, including Jira, Asana, and Trello
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
