We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our sales team in Germany, covering the Bavaria region. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who will manage our customer accounts in these regions.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales team to drive revenue with a number of warm accounts. You will work with suppliers to deliver revenue growth and increased share of wallet with our customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will identify market potential and recognize opportunities and threats in the market. You will follow developments at competitors and share this information within the organization.
  • You will analyze sales figures, recognize crucial developments, and have a plan on how to achieve turnover and margin objectives.
  • You will be responsible for planning appointments and convincing customers to place more business with ADI. Customer management from start to finish with the aim of building a sustainable relationship and growing turnover and margin.

Requirements:

  • You will be experienced within a field sales role or have equivalent experience.
  • You will be experienced in B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Driving license.
