Job Title: Care Assistant (m/w/d) as Qualified Support Staff
Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified support staff to join our team at Augustinum Wohnstätten. As a care assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in group care services at our residential facilities
- Accompany and support individuals with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives
- Assist with personal hygiene and basic medical care
- Plan and implement leisure activities, events, and outings
- Attend team meetings and supervision sessions
Requirements:
- Qualification as a Heilerziehungspflegehelfer (m/w/d), Pflegefachhelfer (m/w/d), Kinderpfleger (m/w/d), or Sozialbetreuer (m/w/d)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends
- Person-centered approach to relationships
- Proficiency in German (B2 level)
- Driver's license (class B/III) is desirable
