What to Expect

  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of API integrations with customers
  • Act as a technical point of contact for integration projects
  • Document API integrations with customers
  • Maintain and expand documentation and documentation management
  • Develop a KPI monitoring system for more efficient use of interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management - TESMA and Enterprise Architecture to incorporate new requirements
  • Conduct training sessions for colleagues

What You Bring

  • A completed degree or successful completion of a training program in the field of information technology or software development
  • Initial professional experience in the field of consulting for software solutions
  • Experience in the field of software application integration is desirable
  • A solution-oriented approach towards customers
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • A drive to work in a team and successfully implement customer projects
