About the Role

Vattenfall is a leading energy company with a mission to make fossil-free living possible within one generation. We are seeking a skilled System and Process Specialist to join our E-Mobility team in Amsterdam or Berlin.

As a System and Process Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating centralized European financial incident handling, reconciling FICA – FICO, and proposing action plans based on analysis of data quality reports. You will also be responsible for continuously developing and optimizing incident management processes, accountable for account maintenance, clearing, and setting off of debtors'/creditors' accounts, and identifying data quality issues and providing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate centralized European financial incident handling
  • Reconcile FICA – FICO
  • Propose action plans based on analysis of data quality reports
  • Develop and optimize incident management processes
  • Accountable for account maintenance, clearing, and setting off of debtors'/creditors' accounts
  • Identify data quality issues and provide reports
  • Support Business Control in SAP FICO and SAP FICA
  • Support local departments in interpreting results from reporting and identifying actions for improvement of data quality
  • Carry out system tests and evaluation of developments and improvements within the billing and invoicing system landscape
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A sound understanding of business processes and customizing, especially in CRM and SAP BRIM
  • Proven experience in SAP Payment and Bank Account Management
  • Knowledge/experience of CRM Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • A collaborative and empathic mindset to enable business colleagues through our solutions
  • Experience in agile working methods is an advantage
  • Analytical and quality-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment paired with good command of written and spoken English; German, Dutch, or Swedish is a plus
