Catalyst Development Specialist

As a Research Assistant in our Chemical Energy Storage department, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing catalysts for sustainable energy solutions. Your responsibilities will include synthesizing, characterizing, and testing heterogeneous catalysts, as well as evaluating and interpreting conversion and selectivity data.
Our team is passionate about creating innovative solutions for a resource-efficient future, and we're looking for a talented individual to join us in this mission. As a Research Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work independently in the lab and pilot plant, while also collaborating with our dynamic team to drive sustainable solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in chemistry, particularly technical chemistry, and ideally some experience in the field of higher alcohol synthesis and heterogeneous catalysis. You will also need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a systematic, scientific approach to your work.
