Aviation Services Network GmbH Quality Control Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at Aviation Services Network GmbH. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our ground handling services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks on ground handling providers to ensure they meet our service level agreements (SLAs) and customer airlines' Ground Operations Safety Management Systems.
- Performance Dialogues: Participate in regular performance dialogues with providers to discuss their performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document and report on monitoring results to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Operational Leadership: Provide operational leadership in operations and serve as a contact person for contractual partners.
- Process Improvement: Identify process improvement potential and develop suitable target processes to enhance our services.
- Emergency Situations: Coordinate in emergency situations, such as accidents or threats, to ensure a swift and effective response.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Serve as a point of contact for all system partners in day-to-day operations, including authorities, airports, and other stakeholders.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: Several years of work experience in a service-oriented role, with leadership experience being advantageous.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of station procedures, passage, and operations.
- Skills: Ability to work in shifts and with screens, proficiency in IT applications, and good communication and conflict management skills.
- Language: Good German and English language skills.
- Personal Qualities: Neat appearance and positive attitude.
