Your Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global financial standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with production leadership, providing guidance and support
• Prepare and analyze reports to optimize production performance
• Measure and evaluate the financial returns on investment in production
• Support the preparation of annual financial statements and calculations
• Develop and present regular management reports to the production community and senior management

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting/Controlling or equivalent qualification
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to interpret financial and market data
• Experience with SAP or similar systems is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent German language skills and/or excellent English language skills in writing and speaking
• High analytical skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
