Barkeeper (m/f/d) Job Description

The Munich Marriott City West is seeking a skilled Barkeeper (m/f/d) to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through your expertise in mixology and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative cocktail menus that showcase your skills and knowledge of mixology trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to maintain a high level of service and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
  • Contribute to the development of new bar concepts and ideas that align with the hotel's brand and values.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a comparable position, with a strong background in mixology and customer service.
  • International experience is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
