Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase pouch volumes in the market.
  • Support the sales team in creating a pipeline and selecting projects with high win probability.
  • Coordinate the creation of effective proposals to win in the market, aligning with markets and pouch centers of excellence.
  • Be the expert solution provider in critical customer meetings.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and pouch centers of excellence.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication with all functions to drive priorities.
  • Provide feedback from all functions and receive inputs from markets to develop right products.
  • Build and develop a successful team, developing talent for future succession.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a master's degree in engineering being a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pouch solutions or similar technology.
  • Strong pouch product and solution experience.
  • Past successes in driving and managing change within a complex international, matrix organization.
  • Experience working with European business.
  • Outstanding team building skills, with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency, as well as break down barriers and silos.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment.
  • Strong influencing skills, with a team player attitude.
  • Business-level language skills in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
