Global SAP SuccessFactors LMS Implementation Lead

As a key member of the HRIT People team, you will play a crucial role in leading the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and overseeing process changes in the Global Human Resources team.

This is a permanent full-time position with a reputable company that values innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring seamless integration with HR processes across the organization.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of LMS functionalities to meet the needs of the learning and development team.
  • Collaborate closely with users and key stakeholders to enhance LMS functionalities and optimize system performance.
  • Coordinate system adjustments to meet global training and development requirements from specialized departments.
  • Provide advisory and moderation support to the Global HR Community on the feasibility of LMS-related requirements, releases, and SAP's roadmap for learning management.
  • Oversee LMS release changes and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and contribute to upcoming HR-IT projects, serving as a project manager focused on LMS and learning initiatives.
  • Act as a key user and subject matter expert for the LMS module, driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, economics, or related fields, with a focus on HR, learning & development, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and utilization, particularly in the Learning Management System (LMS) module.
  • Strong understanding of HR and learning processes, with experience in training management and talent development.
  • Proficiency in project and process management, especially within the context of learning systems.
  • Business fluency in English (C1/C2); knowledge of German is a plus.
