About the Role

Finance in Motion is seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting of certain legal entities, including quarterly and annual financial closing process tasks, cash planning, and liquidity reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities
  • Financial planning and analysis, including cash planning and liquidity reporting
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Supporting tax compliance and ensuring controls and documentation
  • Process optimization and project support
  • Collaboration with external tax advisors, accountants, and auditors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or a related field
  • Proficient knowledge of German GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial regulation (BaFin)
  • Knowledge of German taxation (VAT, Income Tax)
  • Experience with DATEV
