IT Security Specialist for Blockchain Ecosystem

At CAIZ, we are revolutionizing Islamic finance with cutting-edge blockchain technology. As an IT Security Specialist, you will play a key role in the development, implementation, and monitoring of security measures for our ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and remedying security vulnerabilities in IT systems
- Conducting security audits and risk assessments
- Implementing and maintaining firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security infrastructures
- Developing security policies and conducting employee training
- Responding to security incidents and conducting forensic analyses
Requirements:
- 4+ years of work experience in a IT Security role
- Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
- In-depth knowledge of network security, encryption technologies, and firewall management
- Experience with security assessments and risk management
- Familiarity with applying security standards such as ISO 27001
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or similar
Language Requirements: Fluent in English
