About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Technician (w/m/d) to join our team in the Filling Department at IDT Biologika GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our filling equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute filling operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Operate and maintain filling equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Monitor and control the filling process, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows.
  • Participate in quality control activities, including sampling and testing.
  • Document and record production data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., chemical, pharmaceutical, or food technology).
  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with filling equipment and processes is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict hygiene protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
