We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician to join our team at pro-micron GmbH.

• Develop and optimize production workflows to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
• Design and create assembly and rework instructions to support production staff.
• Provide technical training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing production returns to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.

• Qualified as an Electronics Technician or equivalent with a strong understanding of electronics and technical principles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production and quality assurance with a focus on electronics.
• Excellent electronics knowledge and technical understanding with the ability to read circuit and assembly diagrams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
