Junior Insights & Analytics Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Insights & Analytics Manager to join our team at INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe GmbH. As a key member of our Insights & Analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including market research projects, external and internal statistics, web analytics, and more.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing marketing intelligence by creating market and target audience profiles, customer journey maps, and views on the competitive landscape.
  • Conducting desk research and research using information platforms like creative databases, trend databases, and marketing intelligence platforms.
  • Reviewing third-party reports from research vendors, media agencies, and Google.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of continuous and ad hoc market research projects, such as brand tracking, creative post- and pre-tests, product and service satisfaction surveys, and product clinics.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, external research vendors, agencies, and clients to ensure high-quality market research and intelligence outputs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, psychology, sociology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design, focus groups, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or similar; experience with web analytics and social listening tools is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • First experience in customer insights, market research, or a similar role, with a strong drive to deliver actionable insights would be advantageous.
  • First experience in developing customer personas, journey maps, and other tools that inform customer-centric strategies would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • A curious mind paired with a passion for understanding customer needs, markets, and product characteristics.
