Job Title: Corporate Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Development Manager to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our corporate development department, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and projects that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and align corporate strategy with business objectives
  • Manage and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in corporate development, strategy, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus
