Quality Assurance and Technical Training Manager

As a Quality Assurance and Technical Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Technical Training team at our Oberpfaffenhofen location. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of our products and services, as well as providing training and development opportunities for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Quality Assurance and Technical Training team to ensure the quality of our products and services
- Develop and implement quality assurance and technical training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain quality management systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as EASA Part 21G and 145
- Diplom-Ingenieur (m/w/d) (FH / TU) Flugzeugbau / Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) Produktionstechnik or equivalent education
- Audit training according to DIN ISO 19011
- Several years of experience in quality management in the aerospace industry
- Good knowledge of problem-solving techniques (8D / 9 Steps / Ishikawa)
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Good SAP-R/3 knowledge and secure handling of common MS-Office applications
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
