Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt die HR-Business-Partner in allen HR-Aktivitäten, insbesondere bei den administrativen HR-Prozessen.
  • Du übernimmst selbständig die Durchführung der operativen administrativen Personalthemen von A wie Arbeitsvertrag bis Z wie Zeugnis.
  • Du bearbeitest aktiv das Daten- und Vertragsmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit den HR-Business-Partnern und der Entgeltabrechnung.
  • Du erstellst selbständig Personaldokumente (Vertäge, Vertragsänderungen, Einstellung, Umgruppierung, Versetzungen, etc.) nach Abstimmung mit den HR-Business-Partnern.
  • Du zeigst engagierte Mitwirkung bei den On- und Offboardingprozessen.
  • Du gestaltest und optimierst interne und externe HR-Prozesse gemeinsam mit dem HR-Team.
  • Du begleitest und wirkst mit bei organisatorischen Veränderungen und personellen Einzelmaßnahmen (gemeinsam mit den HR-Business-Partnern).
  • Du hast Spaß bei der Einbindung in zukunftsorientierte Projekte in der Personalarbeit.
  • Du wirkst proaktiv bei der Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsratsgremien mit.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Personal (Personalkauffrau/-mann) und/oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement/Arbeitsrecht/Wirtschaftspsychologie.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in der HR-Administration.
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse aus dem Arbeitsrecht sowie im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
  • Du beherrschst die gängigen MS-Office-Tools.
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im SAP HCM.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du erkennst Themen und bearbeitest diese proaktiv, selbstständig und strukturiert.
  • Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und kannst begeistern.
  • Du bist bereit Verantwortung für eigene Aufgabenstellungen zu übernehmen.
  • Du interessierst dich für aktuelle Trends im HR-Umfeld.
