Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Staff to join our team at MEININGER Hotels. As a Service Staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Manage the buffet area, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the workstation, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and receiving deliveries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in German (solid A2 level minimum) and English, with any additional language skills an advantage.
