Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new modules, extending existing systems, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new modules for our MES, including web, process control, and recipe management.
  • Extend existing systems and applications to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Ensure smooth integration with other systems, such as SAP.
  • Install and maintain our MES to ensure optimal performance.
  • Closely collaborate with internal customers to translate their requirements into technical needs.
  • Provide technical support to our MES users nationally and internationally during implementation and operation.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of studies or training in software engineering, computer science, informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development with C++, Java, and JavaScript, as well as databases like SQL and NoSQL, preferably Oracle.
  • Proficiency in Linux Server and Client, as well as web technologies like HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Basic understanding of machine control and automation technology via PLC systems.
  • Basic knowledge of measurement technology and network technology.
  • Experience in agile software development is an advantage.
  • Ability to work analytically and goal-oriented as part of a team.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
