About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Analyst to join our team. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within the HR function. You will be responsible for analysing HR data, generating actionable insights, and providing recommendations to improve employee engagement, retention, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• You will collect, analyse, and interpret HR data from various sources to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• You will develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee engagement.
• You will utilise predictive modeling to forecast HR trends and collaborate with Regional HR Directors to support strategic initiatives.
• You will ensure data integrity and accuracy through governance practices and regular audits, working closely with IT and HRIS teams.
• You will provide strategic insights for the management and aligning HR analyses with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• You bring close to 2 years of experience in HR, data analytics, or statistics, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required, experience with HR systems like Workday is helpful.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and are able to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Strong project management skills allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
