Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates for open positions through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Xing, and social media platforms. They will serve as the first point of contact for candidates, crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages to capture their interest. Additionally, they will provide support to their team throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements- You are currently living and studying in Hamburg and are seeking a full-time internship in Human Resources.
- You are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
- You bring an open, communicative, and motivated attitude to the table.
- You are highly organized and thrive when working independently.
- You are fluent in both German and English, enabling you to excel in a multilingual environment.

Please note that this is not a remote-only position; we offer a hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany. Estimated salary range: €15-€20 per hour (approximately €30,000 - €40,000 per year), depending on experience and qualifications.
