About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform error analysis and troubleshooting on a remote basis using our ticketing system
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support in a complex and heterogeneous IT environment
  • Procure, install, and configure hardware and software for all employees
  • Continuously develop and improve our existing IT infrastructure, particularly our installation routines and device management
