Pedagogical Specialist for SKM Family Center Buchforst

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pedagogical Specialist to join our team at SKM Family Center Buchforst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs for children aged 0.5 to 3 years.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement educational programs for children aged 0.5 to 3 years, aligned with our center's concept and goals.
- Organize and conduct educational activities and projects, and document the progress and outcomes.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to children and their families, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Identify and address developmental deficits, and work with the team to provide targeted support and interventions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and caregivers, through regular communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our center's educational programs and services.
**Requirements**
- Completed education in pedagogy or a related field.
- Proven experience in working with children aged 0.5 to 3 years, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
