About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at MTR Legal Rechtsanwälte. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Conduct social media research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to promote our brand.
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Provide support for other marketing initiatives, such as email marketing and event planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills to create engaging content and interact with our audience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on social media metrics.
