At Optimus Search, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Software Developer to drive innovation and excellence in our software solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction and delivering high-quality software products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end software solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Leading code reviews, mentoring team members, and promoting best practices to ensure exceptional code quality and efficiency.
  • Driving continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and present solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements for the Senior Software Developer position:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience.
  • Strong full-stack technical knowledge using the Microsoft tech stack.NET / C# / SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong database knowledge.
  • Fluency in German to C1 standard.
