Regulatory Compliance Associate

At Le Grand & Associates, we are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Compliance Assistant to join our team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our private equity firm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance excellence in the private equity sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Regulatory Reporting: Conduct quarterly and annual data collection processes for EU and U.S. anti-trust regulations, coordinating with external counsel for filings. Oversee ad-hoc filings with competition authorities as needed.
- Data Collection on State Subsidies: Collect and manage data regarding non-EU state subsidies for portfolio companies, in partnership with external advisors.
- Tax Compliance: Support annual FATCA/CRS filings for SPVs and evaluate SPV classifications. Assess OECD regulations in collaboration with tax advisors, ensuring MDR/DAC6 compliance.
- Compliance & KYC: Centralize global fund KYC/AML requests and coordinate with local banks for account setups. Collaborate on beneficial owner reporting for SPVs in the U.S. and U.K.
Ideal Profile:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role as Regulatory Compliance Assistant or within compliance, regulatory reporting, and financial services.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and French.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of the Luxembourg compliance and KYC landscape, with proficiency in relevant software.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, well-organized, and committed to quality and deadlines, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
