Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer (m/w/d) to join our team at I. K. Hofmann. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of safety standards and regulations in the areas of occupational safety, fire safety, and health protection.

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards in the workplace.
• Organize and conduct training sessions and safety briefings for employees to ensure they are aware of potential risks and hazards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on safety-related matters.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and training sessions.

• Completed technical vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety, fire safety, and health protection or willingness to acquire this knowledge through training.
• Previous experience as a Security Officer (m/w/d) is desirable.
• Proficiency in English language skills (written and spoken).
