Product Lifecycle Manager

Shape the Future of Energy Automation
You will play a key role in developing innovative solutions for the Medium Voltage market. As a Product Lifecycle Manager, you will analyze market requirements, identify trends, and drive the development of AIS primary switchgear. Your expertise in electrical engineering and digital solutions will be essential in creating value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze specific market requirements and elaborate related buying decision factors and competitor advantages.
- Identify Medium Voltage market trends and drive the ramp-up of AIS primary switchgear.
- Build requirement specifications, including economics calculations.
- Develop and coordinate the development of AIS primary switchgear and cost-effective AIS primary switchgear.
- Promote and specify medium voltage AIS switchgear at main utilities worldwide and support sales regions on AIS and digital features.
- Present medium voltage AIS switchgear for AIS at global customers.
- Develop AIS switchgear and be responsible for its placement in the market.
- Support medium voltage AIS-related product homologations in the region.
What You Need:
- A master's degree in electrical engineering with many years of experience in energy automation or digital solutions.
- Knowledge in Medium Voltage switchgear.
- Skills in the product and system business with a focus on medium voltage and digital applications, as well as extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, and economics.
- Business proficient English skills, preferably also German skills.
- Intercultural competency and ability to work in a global network.
- Willingness to travel abroad for business purposes.
