About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Associate to join our team at marta GmbH. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our founding team to drive strategic decision-making and ensure seamless business operations.

This is an ideal role for a motivated individual who can analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform key business decisions. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with the founding team to analyze market research and industry trends, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis, staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of investor presentations, board meetings, and other high-level discussions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
Your Profile
  • A degree from a top university or business school, focusing on business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Initial practical experience in a top management consultancy, bank, or similar position in a fast-growing start-up company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced data analysis, modeling, and presentation creation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
