Data Product Strategist

At Statista, we're on a mission to empower people worldwide with fact-based decisions. As a Program Manager - New Business Models, you'll play a crucial role in designing and launching innovative products that meet industry standards and employer needs.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement a new product offering in the employer evaluation and employee satisfaction sector, ensuring it meets industry benchmarks and employer requirements.
- Lead the market launch of the new business model, collaborating with internal teams to align objectives and ensure successful delivery.
- Establish and nurture business relationships with client companies and media partners to promote and support the new business model.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to senior leadership on best practices and innovations in employer branding.
- Manage the project timeline, budget, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in internal or external management consulting, specifically in employer branding, employee satisfaction measurement, employer rating, or related fields.
- Proven experience in business development and/or as a product owner, particularly in launching new products or services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English and German; experience with US market dynamics and cultural understanding is a plus.
