Your Future Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR People and Organisational Development team as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating development tools and measures for our Talent Management and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching and recommending suitable training options for our talents
  • Support the planning, organisation, implementation, and evaluation of our 'Traders Training' program
  • Help organise local and target-specific training, workshops, and team-building activities in our global locations
  • Act as the main point of contact for organisational inquiries from trainers, participants, and hotels
  • Support our colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology, or a comparable program
  • Initial experience in the field of people development
  • Structured, detail-oriented work style, high reliability, and independence
  • Problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent German and English language skills, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
