Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Weight and Balance Engineer für unsere Kunden im Luft- und Raumfahrtsektor.
Aufgaben- Erfassung masserelevanter Daten für Tornado und Eurofighter
- Berechnung der Masse, des Volumens, der Oberfläche und der Schwerpunktskoordinaten mit Hilfe der Analysefunktionen in CATIA V5
- Übernahme der Bauteilabmessungen aus den entsprechenden Zeichnungen in CATIA zur Berechnung der Massenträgheitsmomente
- Auswertung von Modifikationen und Upgrades anhand von Ein-/Ausbauzeichnungen
- Überprüfung der errechneten Bauteilmassen mit den Zielvorgaben
- Eingabe der masserelevanten Daten in verschiedene Datenbanken
- Durchführung von Material-/ Bauteilstudien
- Auswertung von RFAs und Modifikationen
- Tornado: Steuerung der RFA-Erstellung im Austausch mit den verantwortlichen Systemingenieuren
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Mass Properties bzw. Flugzeugkonstruktion, Statik, MDO oder Lasten
- Kenntnisse und/oder Einarbeitung in VPM und Kenntnisse und/oder Einarbeitung in Teamcenter (PDM-System)
- Kenntnisse in Normung, Zeichnungswesen/-Durchlauf und Stücklisten/BoM
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Access, MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-Project, MS-Word und Catia V5
- Kenntnisse und/oder Einarbeitung in VPM und Teamcenter (PDM-System)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
