Process Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer (M/W/D) / Production Supervisor Kunststoff- Und Kautschuktechnik (M/W/D) to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing teams in the ongoing shift operation, as well as monitoring and optimizing work processes.
• Strategic planning and implementation of personnel deployment and machine allocation in close cooperation with the assembly management.
• Professional training and induction of employees, as well as active participation in company-based training and further education.

Requirements

• A completed apprenticeship as a Process Technician (m/w/d) for Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
